【Abstract】 Objective To investigate clinical management effect of individualized integrated management in patients with gestational diabetes mellitus. Methods A total of 80 patients with gestational diabetes mellitus were divided by different management methods into control group and experimental group, with 40 cases in each group. The control group received conventional method for management, and the experimental group received munity individualized integrated management. Management effects of the two groups were pared. Results There was no statistically significant difference of fasting blood-glucose and 2 h postprandial blood glucose between the two groups before management (P>0.05). After management, the experimental group had much lower fasting blood-glucose and 2 h postprandial blood glucose than the control group (P0.05), 具有可比性。
